We invite the Corporate South Africa to engage   with us when they develop  their Gender Equality  programs as workplace. Our approach is embed on a  three- pronged thrusts that entail partnering  with authorities and corporate  to advance political will, by developing gender inclusion strategies including the barometer  that enable business to  take concrete action in promoting gender equality and women’s empowerment as means to promote sustainable economic growth and reducing poverty.

Authorities 


      ·        We engage with the key stakeholders to ensure buy in and commitment by developing Gender Equality barometer that would help measure gender inclusivity in the corporate space. The measurements will enable women to benefit along with men, also shift norms, legal frameworks and policies towards equality wherever the opportunities rise.

 

Corporate


Establish high-level corporate leadership for gender equality.


We empower corporate accountability on gender equality and inclusion by embedding substantive equality in corporate entities. Our role will be to empower strategic leadership to be empowered to be included in Board and C suites positions

·         Partner with the corporate to develop policies that ensure the health, safety and well-being of all women and men workers.

·         Partner to promote education, training and professional development for women to enable the pipeline development of women

·         Enable the implementation of the pro-women enterprise development, supply chain and marketing practices that empower women.

·         Promote equality through community initiatives and advocacy.

·         Develop matrix to measure and publicly report on progress to achieve gender equality.





We will engage with corporate in developing tools to ensure successful roll out of gender equality initiatives in workplace.
